Situation Vacant – Yard team member / Drover
An opportunity has arisen to join our busy team in Darlington Farmers Auction Mart. A thriving business in new premises on the outskirts of Darlington we are seeking a reliable, punctual and motivated individual ideally on a full-time basis. Duties will include the safe handling of livestock at our twice weekly sales with non-sale days predominantly involving the washing and cleansing of the mart and at times some general maintenance. Must be a team player and be willing to start early. An ability to complete basic clerical tasks would be preferred but is not essential. Experience with livestock would be most advantageous. A competitive renumeration package awaits the right candidate.
