Junior Calf Club 2023/24 Over Wintering Competition
Dear Junior Farmer,
The time of year for the Darlington Junior Farmers Calf Club is once again upon us.
We invite you to use your skill and knowledge to buy your cattle between Monday 2nd October and Monday 18th December 2023. The cattle will then be brought forward for sale during Easter 2024, hopefully earning you a healthy profit. Due to increased store cattle values, we have raised the purchase price to a maximum of £1200 per beast. The age groups remain the same as last year and the prize money on offer totals almost £1800.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in the cattle industry. With the help of all our sponsors and of course the support of your understanding and most generous parents/guardians we at Darlington Mart would be delighted to see you.
