“Upton Farm Machinery Sale Witnesses Competitive Bidding”
On Friday 4th September Darlington Farmers Auction Mart conducted an on-farm sale of behalf of Messrs T.F Bothroyd & Son, Upton Farm, Loftus, Saltburn, Cleveland.
The sale attracted a huge crowd of buyers from across the country.
The sale topped at £20500 for a TS115A New Holland, registered 2005 – showing 7500hrs.
Farm Machinery being mainly arable were bid for well. £4300 for a Kverneland LD85 reverse 4 furrow plough. £4200 followed for a Lemken Sirius 10 1300 crop sprayer, and £3400 was reached for some XRL 4 metre discs.
This sale was well conducted and we thank Alan Bothroyd and his family for his loyal support to DFAM over the years and wish him well.
